Balfour Beatty - Zero Harm

In 2010, Decision Recruitment was proud to become affiliated with the Balfour Beatty ‘Zero Harm' Health & Safety initiative.

The purpose of the initiative is to tackle the number of preventable Health & Safety incidents on site and to work towards having zero fatalities, injuries to site staff and the general public and no long term harm to anyone’s health by 2012.

Decision has successfully acheived 'approved status' with CHAS. Along with the Zero Harm accreditation, it provides clients with the piece of mind that they are working in parnership with a Recruitment Agency who are equally comitted to delivering high standards of Health & Safety within in the Construction industry
