Decision utilise a wide range of candidate sourcing and attraction methods to ensure that our clients have the best candidates in the marketplace to choose from. These include networking, headhunting, database search and online advertising using various media outlets and via the Decision website. Our aim is to be as efficient as possible and to provide a fast turnaround time on any permanent requirements.

Thorough Candidate Vetting

Decision conduct structured in-depth telephone qualifications and/or face-to-face interviews with our candidates to ensure that they are suitably qualified for the role we are recruiting for and to also qualify their interest.  We also obtain copies of their ID and any relevant qualifications. Upon meeting the success criteria, they are put forward to shortlist and interview stage.

With you at every stage

Once a suitable candidate has been identified, Decision will also be happy to conduct any salary negotiations at offer stage and will help with ‘securing the candidate’.  Once the candidate has been secured, this is where our work really begins, as we help guide candidates through giving in their notice and to overcome any counter offers that are made. We also maintain regular candidate contact to keep communication open, maintain their interest in their new role and to keep the process moving forwards.

Once a candidate starts a new role, we also stay in contact with both client and candidate to ensure the transition to their new employer runs smoothly.
