Decision aims to help our clients to manage their agency spend, to ensure that their recruitment costs don’t spiral out of control. As part of our service, we provide total flexibility on our hourly charge rates; which work in line with our client’s budget.

We will also conduct candidate rate negotiation on behalf of our clients to ensure they get the right person for the assignment, without paying over the odds.

Ease Of Service

Once we place a contract/temporary candidate with our client, we remove the problem of weekly candidate payroll and once a timesheet has been authorised via our state of the art online time sheeting system, or signed paper copy; we guarantee that the candidate will be paid by the Friday of the following week.

Our hourly rates are also an all inclusive rate and do not include any hidden extras.
