At Decision, our aim is to provide support to our candidates throughout the entire recruitment process from initial registration to successful placement. Once we have found a candidate a new position our work doesn't end there. We maintain regular contact to help guide them through what can sometimes be a difficult transition until they are settled into their new role.

Interview Coaching
Attending an interview for a new position can be a very daunting process for some candidates. They very often don’t know what to expect from the interview, what questions they will be asked (or to ask) and how to conduct themselves.
Some candidates who have unfortunately been out of the industry for a while, due to redundancy or illness, have low confidence levels and feel that getting back into work is an impossible task.
As part of the service that we deliver to our candidates, our team of highly experienced Recruitment Consultants provide tailored interview coaching to our candidates to support them through the interview process.
