Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Owing to business expansion and the award of several PSL contracts, we are urgently seeking to appoint a trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our steadily expanding team.
The successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant will be required to provide temporary or permanent recruitment solutions to a number of building and maintenance contractors within the Midlands, Northwest and Yorkshire regions.
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, we are looking for ambitious, graduate calibre sales professionals who have working any of the following areas:
- B2B Sales
- Advertising Sales
- Outbound telesales
- Recruitment Consultancy
We are seeking ambitious sales professionals who are well presented and can demonstrate good sales and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively.
On commencement of employment with Decision, our trainee Recruitment Consultants are provided with a personal training plan, which is delivered using both internal and external training providers and comprises of classroom and practical sessions.
